The company was established in 1992. Located in Jishigang Industrial
Zone Lianfeng Road, the plant covers more than 25,000 sq.m..
There are standard office building, employee dormitory building,
dining-room, 500 sq.m. employees' stage here. At present, the
company has 6 large workshops, 2 branch factories, and more
than 400 employees. After over ten years' development and construction,
it becomes a self-support export-import company with annual
turnover of US$20 million.
The company is integrating all the works of design, development,
manufacture, distribution and export business. Our main products
are solar modules, solar lights, and all kinds of flashlights.
We are now exporting the products to more than 60 countries
such as Europe, US, Australia, Japan, Africa, Southeast Asia
etc.
From 2004, the company began to investigate and develop solar
modules & solar energy systems projects, now it becomes
one of the most advanced Ningbo enterprises in this field. On
2006, it introduced foreign capitals, and established Ningbo
Komaes Solar Technology Co., Ltd, then began to mass produce
& sell the solar cells & solar modules.
Due to the fast-growing export achievements in these years,
the company was awarded "Top Ten Export Enterprises"
& "Enterprises with Outstanding Contributions"
in Jiangdong Dinstrict on 2003; In July 2003, it successfully
got ISO 9001 certificate issued by the international certificate
authority British BSI Company; Our products have CE certificates,
and also we are now applying IEC certificate for KM-180W solar
modules through TUV Rheinland Group; In 2004, it was awarded
"Ningbo Top Ten Good Faith Enterprises".

is expanding continually in the field of solar energy products.

INTRODUCTION OF EQUIPMENT & EMPLOYEE:
Ningbo Komaes Electrical Industry Co., Ltd owns the civil advanced
semi-automation equipments, practical experienced workers. It
processes hardhitting crystalline silicon encapsulation technics.
We are using constant temperature worktable and constant temperature
electric iron for soldering of solar cell & . This can help
to control the quality of soldering, improve products' service
lifetime, meanwhile highly reduce the breakage rate.

All the production management works are arranged completely
according to ISO9001 Quality Management System Standard. And
also we inspect all our shipping goods by the International
Electrotechnical Commission IEC61215 standard. |
