Solar PV Power Generation:
There are 2 kinds of solar PV power generation systems:
1) Grid-connected power generation system: it converts solar
energy into the electricity, then send the electricity to the
utility grid through grid-connected inverter; Or use the electricity
to power alternating current loads directly through grid-connected
inverter. It can work without storage battery.Grid-connected
power generation system is the trend of solar energy development.
2) Stand-alone power generation system: it converts solar energy
into the electricity, use the electricity to charge the storage
battery through controller; Then it send DC electricity from
storage battery to inverter through controller, after that,
AC electricity comes out to power alternating current loads.
This is suitable for particularly remote areas or areas where
power lines are not available. |
